H&M Conscious Collection must-haves
Here at Snap Fashion we LOVE ethical fashion and admire big companies that strive to use more environmentally-friendly material. What we aren’t so keen on is typically ‘green’ you know- really homemade-looking rainbow jumpers, shapeless itchy hemp dress etc. So we’re thrilled that H&M has launched its latest Conscious Collection and that it’s super pretty!
Think Erdem with a touch of Victoriana- cool Swedish whites and rich Autumnal florals and the best bit is that the collection is made from recycled wool, organic cotton, linen, (nice) hemp and this stuff called Tencel. I have a Tencel top from H&M and it feels like heavy silky cotton and is seriously comfortable (but don’t ask me what it is exactly!)
We adore the cream lacy dresses and pencil skirt, which would look amazing with either leather or a cosy Autumn knit and love the embroidery on a number of the recycled wool pieces, which look so much more luxurious than the high street price tags.
We can’t wait to see the collection in the flesh (it launches tomorrow) and paw at the recycled loveliness ourselves. Tell us what you think and check out the video!
