A.P.C. for Nike = hi-top crush

We kinda thought the hi-top trend was a bit of a flash in the pan favoured by trendy  East London media types and Cher Lloyd…but we are now convinced that they are awesome…Isabel Marant and Marc Jacobs might have something to do with it!

The problem with wedges inside trainers is that you can look a little silly when you can’t run in them…for a bus etc. So thank you A.P.C. and Nike for teaming up and producing sensible but infinitely stylish hi-tops…we’d team them with skinny jeans or a flippy skirt and slightly grungy chunky knit for a 90s vibe. From 30 August you can nab a pair online for $85…we wonder if the exchange rate will kick in for us Brits as that makes these awesome kicks even more tempting!
